Ginger & Sesame Carrots
3 tblsp olive oil.
1 oz. sesame seeds.
1 oz. fresh root ginger.
2 garlic cloves.
6 medium carrots.
1 tblsp chopped coriander.
Scrub the carrots and cut into matchsticks.
Peel and grate the garlic and ginger.
Heat the oil and sesame seeds together in a wok.
When the seeds begin to pop add the ginger and garlic and stir.
Add the carrots and stir well.
Lower the heat , cover and cook for 6-10 minutes,stirring once.
Stir in the coriander just before serving.
