Crispy Potatoes

4 Medium potatoes, scrubbed, cut into small cubes.
2 tblsp. cold pressed oil.
2 tblsp. whole seeds (e.g. sesame, cumin, onion, coriander etc.)
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tsp Tamari.


Mix all the ingredients together.
Place in a dish and cover tightly.
Place in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
Take off the lid and bake for approx. 15 minutes to crisp up.
