Nut Cream
Ingredients
2 oz Ground almonds or Cashew nuts.
3 tsps. Vanilla essence
½ pint Soya milk.
1 dessert tsp Clear honey.
Instructions
Whiz in a blender until smooth.
Creams improve if kept refrigerated overnight.
