Green Salad with Mint Dressing
Lettuce, Watercress, Celery and Cucumber.
6oz. Olive oil.
1 Tsp. Honey.
Bunch Mint, Chopped.
2oz. Cider Vinegar.
1 Tsp. Tamari.
Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and leave to stand to develop the flavour.
Prepare the salad ingredients and put in a bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
