Beansprout Salad with Orange Dressing
Ingredients
8 oz. Beansprouts
1 bunch Watercress
4 fl. oz. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Honey
2 Oranges, 1sliced, 1 juiced
1/2 Orange grated peel,
2 tsp. Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Mustard
Instructions
Blend all the dressing ingredients together.
Toss the beansprouts in a little dressing.
Add the water cress.
Arrange the sliced orange around the dish.
