Super Stress Buster

1 broccoli floret
1 tomato
½ red pepper
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
small bunch parsley


Juice the broccoli, then the pepper, the carrot, celery, parsley and finally the tomato.
Blend the juices together in a glass.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and a celery stalk.
