Apricot and Honey Bars.

Ingredients:
2 Oranges 8oz. Apricots, chopped 6 Tblsp. Honey ¼ Pint Oil 5 oz. Oats 5oz. Wholemeal Flour 2oz. Sesame Seeds 2 Pinches Mixed Spice 5oz. Raisins 5oz. Almonds, toasted and chopped | |

Method:
Bring the juice and zest of 2 oranges and the apricots to the boil, remove from the heat, cover and stand for 15mins. Stir the following ingredients into the orange and apricots in this order:- honey, oil, oats, flour, sesame seeds, spice, raisins and almonds. Press onto a baking sheet (Approx., 9x15 inches). Bake for 25-30 mins at 180c/350f/Mark4. Cool completely then cut into fingers. |
