Warm Red Cabbage Salad.

Ingredients:
1 Small Red Cabbage, finely shredded 1 Onion, finely sliced 2oz Watercress 2oz Nuts 2 Tblsp. Olive Oil ˝ Small Onion, finely chopped 4 Tblsp. Orange Juice 1 T sp. Orange Zest 1Tblsp. Cider Vinegar | |

Method:
Mix the cabbage, onion and watercress together. Sauté the nuts in ˝ the oil and sprinkle on the salads. Fry the onion in the remaining oil and stirring quickly over a high heat. Add the orange juice, orange zest and cider vinegar, heat briefly and pour over the salad. |
